| Biography: I joined the Westside staff in March of 2006, bringing 11 years of business experience and 15 years of volunteer work in our Houston public schools to my role as Communications Director. With the full support and backing of the PTO, I created the "Westside Wire" in 2001 to better connect our parents and community to Westside High School, and served as the editor through May of 2006. Westside is committed to building a strong communications network and I am thrilled to now be a member of the staff. Some of my responsibilities include our weekly newsletter (available on our website), communication materials, the school calendar, and publicity in the community.
