WRESTLING
Westside Wrestling holds 10 District Team Championships with over 114 individual titles over the last ten years.
We also have:
- 2 Regional Team Championships with 10 individual regional champions
- 6 top ten State finishes with 3 top 5 finishes
- 21 All State wrestlers with 4 STATE CHAMPIONS
- 216-82 dual meet record over 10 years

TRY-OUT PROCEDURES AND ACTIVITY FEES
If you are interested in joining Wrestling, please talk to the coaches and then your dean. The activity fee is currently $200 (payable in installments) but is subject to change based on travel costs.
Please remember that all athletes must submit the required athletic packet forms referred to under General Information. All physicals and paperwork are due the second week of school – failure to do so may result in a schedule change out of athletics period.
PRACTICES
Fall practice typically starts in October. Folkstyle wresting runs through February and Freestyle/Greco season typically begins right after Spring Break and continues until the end of May. Details will be posted when available.
Spring practice begins Monday, April 5, 2010. Freestyle/Greco Roman practices will be held after school on Mondays and Tuesdays only. We will be done by 4:30. We will practice Wednesday during class. There will be no after school practice on Thursdays or Fridays.
