WESTSIDE PRIDE DANCE TEAM 2008-2009

If you are serious about trying out for Pride, you must read through ALL material very carefully and thoroughly! Discuss and contemplate all information with your parents before deciding to try out. Make sure you fill out the application towards the back of this packet, as well as make a copy of your report card, and give teacher rec forms to your teachers.
