Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization that is out there trying to teach students about the business world waiting for them. Through its company program it allows students to have the chance to learn the basics of the business world and to have fun at the same time.

Over the past three years, Waltrip's Companies have been up for Company of the Year twice. Each year those who apply from Waltrip have almost always received scholarships. Last year we also had the top salesman for our district. This year we are right in the middle of it again and we expect our third nomination as Company of the Year.
