Welcome to the G.C. Scarborough High School Library Web Page. The Scarborough Library offers a wide variety of resources for our students, faculty and staff. This year we are proud to offer the use of wireless laptops to our students for research and general computer needs.

Teachers may reserve space in the library for their classes. Students may also be sent by teacher permit to the library to work on their own. During the two lunch periods the library is open to students without permits.

Our hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

1. Books are checked out for 14 days (2 weeks). Late fees are 10 cents a day up to $5.00.  Books may be renewed up to 2 times.  Overdue books and unpaid fines will result in loss of library privileges (such as no further check out and recreational computer use)

 

2. Computer Use policies:

• Computers must be checked out and in.

• During class time computers are to be used for academic work

• If you have trouble or encounter a problem please ask for help

• Follow Acceptable Use Policies

• Printing is 10¢ per page, after the first 2 pages
