Welcome to the John H. Reagan High School web site. Reagan has the distinction of being one of the oldest campuses in the Houston area and being on the cutting edge of technology. Students attending the school are literally walking on a historical landmark that serves as a Houston Independent School District school of computer-magnet programs. Reagan is located in the historic Heights just northwest of "Downtown" Houston. (Map) Generations of Houstonians have attended the campus since it opened its doors in 1926.  Dan Rather, perhaps our most famous graduate , is just one of many well known personalities that have participated here.  Today, Reagan HS is becoming a leader among schools in transformation.  Meeting the needs of our time is an on-going process for the faculty and staff.
