Senior Final Examination Exemption Waiver

Description: Senior students meeting the general criteria may be offered exemption from final exams for those courses in which they meet the specific criteria.

General Criteria: Senior students must be in their last semester of enrollment prior to graduation, with no home suspension and no on-campus suspensions (SAC) during that semester.

Specific Criteria: For a specific course, the student must have a cumulative average of 85% or better, no unexcited absences adn a total of two (2) or less excused absences during that semester. Any student who is reported as a participant in an unofficial skip day will not be eligible for exemption.

Purpose: The purpose of this waiver is to provide additional motivation to graduating seniors to maintain a high level of self-discipline in academics and conduct throughout theri last semester of enrollment prior to graduation may be the fall semester.
