Who We Are

The mission of LECJ is to provide young men and women, ages 14-20, a unique opportunity to explore careers in the Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice field and to interact with HISD police officers. Age-appropriate activities encourage program participants to gain a better understanding of this field.

LECJ Explorers also participate in various activities that help them develop leadership, responsibility, and communication skills as well as help them make informed decisions about their future.
