Include a copy of the final 7th grade report card.
Include a copy of any and all 7th grade standardized test scores: TAAS & Stanford 9 or ITBS (Iowa Test), CAT, ERB, etc.
Include a copy of the mot recent 8th grade report card
Copy of recent vaccination record
Submit completed application to Lamar Magnet Office (N112) by deadline on Magnet Application
