2009 Athletic Packet

   

Athletic Physicals will be given Wednesday, July 22@ 3 pm and Wednesday July 29 @ 3 pm. 20.00 cash only. You must have the pre-participation form filled out and signed by your parent. Please call 713-522-5960 ext 389 to let us know that you will be participating or you can go through your coach, you can also e-mail Mrs.. Allred at lallred@houstonisd.org for further information.
