ABSENT FORM

I understand that all assignments are due on time even if I am absent from class.  I can turn in my assignment early but I can not turn it in late. 

 

If my absence is excused, I have three days to make up any missed assignments.  It is my responsibility to find out what those assignments were and complete them in a timely manner.
