East Early College High School hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new building in conjunction with Houston Community College in the dedication of their new HCC-SE Felix Fraga campus. Both schools are located on the property at Drennan and North Milby Streets. The new building at 220 North Milby, which will house the East Early College High School, will be named the Leonel Castillo Academic Center. |
