POWER LIFTING
Power Lifting is weight lifting competition in which you compete in 3 lifts; squat, bench, and dead-lift. Every competitor is successful the way we run the program. Each athlete sees results from beginning to end if they are committed to training and maintaining their personal health.

Jomaul Mason, head power-lifting coach and strength and conditioning coordinator, was a state qualifier in high school as a power-lifter and has been around the sport for nearly 10 years. He is committed to teaching young athletes how to train their bodies safely and increase their strength.
TRY-OUT PROCEDURES AND ACTIVITY FEES
There are not any try-outs to participate; if you would like to join its simple, contact Coach Mason, Stade, or Byrd. The Activity Fee is 25$ and covers uniform, travel, registration fees, and meals
Please remember that all athletes must submit the required athletic packet forms referred to under General Information.
