GIRLS LACROSSE
We are thrilled to announce that Westside High School will field their very first Lady Wolves Lacrosse team this year! As the fasted growing sport in the United Sates, lacrosse has become overwhelmingly popular in the Houston area… and the level of play is increasing every year. Because this is our first season, we are committed to mastering the fundamentals so to build a strong foundation upon which to develop a competitive program in the coming years! “Stick” with us and see us succeed!

TRY-OUT PROCEDURES AND ACTIVITY FEES
Westside High School offers Women’s Lacrosse as a 4th period P.E. class for girls who are interested in learning the sport and/or bettering their stick skills. In addition to the class we will hold after school fall clinics Wednesdays, from 3:30-4:45. These are designed for anyone and everyone to come practice/learn the basics of lacrosse. In December we will hold try-outs for the Lady Wolves Lacrosse team. Dates and times are TBA.
PRACTICES
Once the team roster is set, we will practice after school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 3:30-5pm, beginning January 6, 2010.
