BOYS CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK
The sport of cross country requires intense mental and physical commitment; you must push yourself past the pain barrier on a daily basis. The cross country runner will run an average of 50 miles per week and run 3 to 3.5 miles for competition. Cross Country will help you develop muscles you never knew you had and also develop incredible mental focus. Cross Country runners tend to be some of the brightest students in the classroom. Long distance running is a lifetime sport you can run at any age and you will develop lifelong friends along the way, so give it a try!
