Westbury's New Dress Code for 2007-08

Incoming 9th Graders:

Shirts - White polo-style shirts only. No Dickie shirts.
Pants - Khaki, navy blue, or black pants or denim jeans.

Repeating 9th Graders and all 10th, 11th and 12th Graders:
Shirts - Black or Gray Polo-style or button-down Oxford-style shirts with a collar.
Pants -  Khaki, navy blue, or black pants or denim jeans.


SHOES/FOOTWEAR
• Tennis shoes or closed-in shoes should be worn..
• No sandals, thongs, slippers, backless or house-shoes may be worn.

HAIR
• Hair must be near, clean and well groomed.
• Hair nets, "do-rags," sweatbands, "wave caps," hats, scarves, bandanas or any other head coverings, including hoods, are not permitted.
• Letters, symbols, hair styles and cuts which adversely affect the atmosphere of the school will not be permitted.

ID BADGES
• Students will be expected to carry their ID badge daily. the badge will be required for issuance of books, ticket purchases, entrance to students events, etc . . .
