Senior Aerospace Science Instructor (SASI): Col Tilley was assigned to Westbury Sr High as the SASI effective January 2, 2006. He is a graduate Of Golden State University (San Francisco and San Diego State University (MPA), where he was commissioned through the Senior AFJROTC program. Col Tilley is a graduate of Squadron Officer School (SOS), and Air Command and Staff College (seminar), and Air War College. He served over 30 years on Active duty, including 24 years as a Medical Services Corps officer. His Awards and decorations include the Legion Of Merit, four Meritorious Medals, and four Air Force Commendation medals.
 
 Master Sergeant Garcia became an AFJROTC
instructor at Westbury High School on November 6, 2006,
after serving 23 years on active duty in the Air Force.
His prior positions include Munitions Systems Specialist,
interim First Sergeant and as a Military Training Instructor (MTI)
at Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base.
