The school nurse is responsible for checking the accuracy and updates of all immunization records. A student whose immunization records are delinquent will not be admitted to school. During the school year a student’s immunization record must remain current. Failure to maintain a current immunization record will results in the student being removed from school until the record is brought up to date. Students and parents will receive warning notices from the school nurse.
