Tuesday, October 7 - Hippie Day
Feeling hip or groovy? Pull out your threads, hang loose, and
join in on a far-out day. Put on your tie-dyes, peace signs,
flowers, and afros. Love, peace, and bring back the 60’s,
please.
Wednesday, October 8 - Wonderful World of Disney Day
Enter a whole new world with Aladdin or Princess Jasmine,
spring with joy like Tigger, run like Flash, or be a little
Goofy. Dress like Cinderella and put on that tiara or wear
those cute Mickey Mouse ears or Tinker Bell wings. Bring your
favorite Disney character to life on Disney Day.
Friday, October 10 -Westbury Spirit Day
Show your school spirit by wearing your favorite spirit
clothing. Wear your class shirts, mums, ribbons, and other
spirit items as Westbury prepares to defeat the Reagan
bulldogs in this year’s Homecoming game. The Homecoming Pep
Rally will include a lot of fun and surprises! There will
special activities at lunch as well. A school spirit parade
will be held during the day featuring the band members, flags,
majorettes, cheerleaders, and the dance team. They will boost
your spirit as they parade through the halls.
Saturday, October 11 -Homecoming Game
1:00 p.m. at Butler Stadium against the Regan Bulldogs. Find
out who you have selected to be the 2008 Homecoming Court.
Cheer your team to victory!

away. The Homecoming Court will be presented at the dance.

can be purchased in the front hall and at lunch from October
13-23. Besides admission, tickets entitle participants to
drinks and food at the dance.
**Students will be required to show a Westbury ID at the door.
