Westbury High School Hosts Harris County Polling Precinct 0453 in Historic National Election
 Election officers arrived at sunrise this morning to open Westbury High School's Atrium as Harris County's Precinct 0453 polling location. (CLICK HERE for a list of all Harris County Precincts.) Directing traffic outside the school, Office Reginald Miller and Assistant Principal Joe Burton assisted students, parents and voters on this historic day. See PHOTO GALLERY.
 

"Attendance Buyback" Information Packet (PDF)
Students who have passed a six-week cycle, yet are ineligible for credit due to excessive absences can attend "Attendance Buyback" sessions to regain credit. "Attendance Buyback" sessions include: designated events, teacher tutorials, Saturday School and TAKS tutorials. All documentation (CLICK HERE) must be completed by December 19, 2008 and submitted to the appropriate Academy Dean.
