REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To enroll at S. P. Waltrip High School at the beginning of the school year the registrants must have:

• Their most recent report card -- Seniors need a copy of their transcript.
• Proof of residence, such as an apartment lease agreement or a utility bill.
• Approved Transfer if student does not reside in our attendance zone.
• Proof of appropriate immunizations.
• Document to prove date of birth such as a birth certificate, hospital birth record, church baptismal certificate or school records.
• Social Security card (requested but not required)
• Most current ARD papers if student is in Special Education (Note: It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to let the Registrar know if the student is in Special Education.)

If student enrolls from another school during the year he or she must have a checkout sheet from the previous school as well as the above listed information.

In special circumstances additional documentation is required.

The registrar will request official records after the student is enrolled. Each student or parent must provide the above mentioned documents in order to enroll in S. P. Waltrip High School

Registration hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
