The 2009-2010 Aries Yearbook is in the making! This year, we are celebrating the 50th anniversary of Waltrip High School. It will commemorate the old traditions and accomplishments of the school from the past while showing the new beginnings and directions for the future. It will be delivered in May in time to get signed by your friends. The book will be bigger and better and will feature a bigger student life and events section. The pages will be in color and black and white to represent the past and present of the school. On each page of the yearbook, there will be at least one old picture from a previous yearbook featuring Waltrip alumni that relates to that page. The book will also bring into light the culture and characteristics of the Waltrip’s students and community that make it a special place.

This yearbook will be special compared to previous books in several ways:

ALL WALTRIP ALUMNI and SENIORS will have the opportunity to purchase a commemorative page or ad in the book.
Seniors who order their yearbook before OCTOBER 1ST, 2009 will be entered in a drawing to be in a SENIOR FEATURE.
WALTRIP ALUMNI who purchase this yearbook, a previous yearbook, or who donate money to the Aries Yearbook Account will be able to be featured in an OLD YEARBOOK PICTURE on a page of their choice.
Underclassmen that purchase a yearbook before OCTOBER 1ST, 2009 who will be celebrating a Quinceañera will be entered in a drawing to be in a 15 FEATURE.
Other incentives and features for all students and alumni will be available at later dates.

SENIOR PICTURES will be TUES. SEPT. 29TH and WEDS. SEPT. 30TH in the auditorium!!
