1. In J1 to O1 enter July-Dec.
2. P is Total.
3. Q is Commission.
4. Enter data and calculate total and commission
as before.
5. R is Year Total.
Ex. sum(P3+H3)
6. S is Year Commission. Ex.
sum(I3+Q3)
7. Extend row 10 Totals to include new columns.
8. Extend row 12 Average to include new columns.
9. Columns P, Q, R, and S, and rows TOTAL
AND AVERAGE need to be $ values.
10. Make all column headings Centered and Bold. Make TOTALS
and AVERAGES Bold also (rows 10 & 12).
11. NOTE: Cell attributes for all numbers must be
currency with two decimals.
12. Adjust cell widths to conserve space.
13. Update your header information for Activity
5B
14. Select and sort your data by the name column (A-Z).
15. Page Setup: Select the landscape orientation
16. Adjust your cells to allow printing on only
two pages
17 Select the area to
print and go to the Format menu and select Format Cells.
18. Select the Borders tab and then select Inside and Outside. This will
print a grid.
19. Print, staple and turn in.
