1. Choose one of the scanners connected to Station 1, 15, or the teachers station.
2. Select a picture from a book or magazine that is no larger than 3" X 3".
3. Place your document to be scanned on the scanner facedown.
4. Follow the instruction for the computer station and scanner you selected and scan the document.
5. Save the file to your disk/USB drive as your last name only.
6. Quit the application and close all open windows.
7. Go to your computer to complete this assignment.
8. Open a graphics application.
9. Place your disk in the disk drive.
10. Go to Open and select your disk.
11. Select your scanned file called  “last name”.
12. Select open.
13. Crop and clean up the picture's background.
14. Create a magazine cover using your photograph and the scanned item.
15. Place your heading across the bottom in a single line as part of the cover.
16. Print using the color laser printer.
