Wind Car

The objective of this project is to make a vehicle that will travel the furthest distance using only a fan for propulsion. 

Time: One class period. 

Students will work in teams of two.   

A fan will be the only power source for the vehicle. 

Students cannot push or use any other type of object to propel the vehicle.

 SUPPLY LIST

• 3 Index Cards

• 2 Straws         

• 1 sheet of paper

• 2 paper clips

• Glue

• 4 Mailing labels

The Teacher will Supply the Fan!!!!

Evaluation:

• Greatest Distance = 100
• Shortest Distance = 70
• Failure to move = 65
• No Car = 50
