Lieutenant Colonel - Shaw
Colonel Shaw served in the Military for 25 years. This is his 3rd year of teaching at Waltrip High School. Colonel Shaw teaches the L.E.T. 3 and 4 level cadets. He is in charge of the male and female Color Guard in the JROTC program.

1st Sergeant - Reginald White
1st Sergeant White served in the Military for 21 years. He has been teaching at S.P Waltrip for 4 years. 1st Sergeant teaches the L.E.T. one level cadets. He is in charge of the Un-Armed and Non-Service Weapon Drill teams in the JROTC program, he is a very kind and serious man but he also loves his cadets and motivates them to become better citizens.
Sergeant First-Class Roberto Leal

Sergeant First-Class Roberto Leal served in the Military U. S. Army for 21 years and he served in the U.S. and in Europe. He joined the army in 1972 and left in 1993. He has been teaching at S.P. Waltrip for 15 years so far. SFC teaches the L.E.T. 2 level cadets. He is in charge of the Rifle team in the JROTC program. He is a very kind and funny man who cares very much about his cadets.
