Mr. John Allen in a native Texan.
He comes to Sharpstown armed with 15 years of educational and leadership
experience.
Mr. Allen's leadership
philosophy is to "Provide a safe and professional environment for all
students". Since Mr. Allen's arrival all academic areas have
improved. He has set higher standards for the entire instructional
staff by adopting the Professional Learning Communities (PLC's)
ideology.
