Tardies & Consequences

Clean Slate every six weeks:

Every six weeks, all students' tardies are removed from their record, and all students start over with a clean slate. BUT, any penalties given before that time are still in effect. All un-served detentions must be attended, and all SRC dates must be served

Warnings and consequences:

All students are given 3 free tardies.  Beginning on the fourth tardy, every successive tardy is "tied" to a separate consequence

First tardy: warning
Second tardy: warning
Third tardy: warning
Fourth tardy: 1st detention (Failure to attend detention is an automatic 2 days of SRC)
Fifth tardy: 2nd detention (Failure to attend detention is an automatic 2 days of SRC)
Sixth tardy: 3rd detention (Failure to attend detention is an automatic 2 days of SRC)
Seventh tardy: 1 day of SRC
Eighth tardy: 2 days of SRC
Tenth tardy: 3 days of SRC
Eleventh tardy: Administrative referral (same for any successive tardies)

It has always been our hope that all students will be on-time for all classes.  The consequences above are only for students that do not comply with the bell schedule as written.  We understand there are certain circumstances that occur that can keep you from getting to class on-time—that is why there are 3 free tardies.
