Saving Acrobat files after manipulation


Since all our computers now have MICROSOFT DOCUMENT IMAGING software, it's a simple matter to save acrobat files--even if we do not have the Acrobat Writer setup on our computers.  The most confusing thing is you have to PRINT to SAVE.
 
If you are typing in an Acrobat file (such as a budget requisition form), and you want to save a copy to your computer, go to FILE < PRINT and choose MICROSOFT DOCUMENT IMAGE WRITER as your printer--then OK

As long as you pay attention to the location of your saved file--you now have a convenient, easy to find copy of your acrobat files.
