Intended to assist building trades instructors, this course outline to a prevocational building trades program for junior and senior high school students covers four occupational areas: carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electricity. Specific notes to the administrator and teacher and the course goals precede the four occupational units. Each unit contains occupational information, instructional analysis, behavioral objectives, and a bibliography specific to the occupational area indicated. Additional information on apprenticeship opportunities, an equipment list, and a sample project developed in a Building Trades I class are also included in this course outline.
