Educational
Achievement in the City of
Houston, a school that is dedicated to
helping young adults experience academic success. This website
outlines important guidelines to ensure that our students enjoy a safe,
orderly, and productive educational experience. The information as
presented is designed to help you in making the most of your high school
experience.
It is essential that all students read
the information contained in the REACH supplemental handbook and the
Houston Independent School District Student Code of Conduct so there may
be as few misunderstandings as possible. I encourage you to review this
information periodically, especially the “Important Dates,” “Graduation
Requirements,” and “TAKS” sections. It is also strongly suggested that
students share the information in this handbook with their parents.
When the Houston Independent School District Student Code of Conduct and
this handbook does not give you the information you need, you should
contact an instructor, coordinator, Administrator or the Principal for
help.
The goal of REACH is STUDENT SUCCESS and
the striving to reach this goal must be a team effort on the part of the
students, instructors, coordinator, administrators, parents and
community. We want your input in making this happen and guarantee you
that the result will be well worth the effort.
