1. Choose the pictures that you want.

• The volleyball pictures are on the server.
• Use the pictures in the folder "10YBvolleyball"
• Move the pictures that you want to use form the server to a folder on your desktop (create this folder).

2. Open Adobe InDesign

• Create a new project---file--new--document
• Click ok
• Save this file to your folder on the desktop. Call it ("yourName"volleyball.indd) put your name in the spot where "yourName" is.

3. Change the Units and Increments to inches

4. Set up Frames to place your pictures in. Try to use whole numbers for this, 5 inches by 3 inches.

5. Write down the height and width of each frame. Keep in mind the orientation of the pictures you choose. Are the pictures portrait or landscape?

6. Open Photoshop and crop your pictures to fit the sizes of your picture frames. When you save the pictures you should rename them so you know where they go.

7. Place the pictures in the frames. File--Place find the picture you want and put it in.
