Student Registration

Registration Requirements
It is necessary to have the following items in order to register in school:
     (1) Proof of residence, such as a gas or light bill or rent receipt with the parent’s name and address
     (2) A certified copy of the student's birth certificate or birth registration card
     (3) A transcript from the last school attended
     (4) A withdrawal sheet from the previous school establishing clear record if enrolled during the current school year
     (5) Guardianship papers if the student is residing with someone other than the parent; and
     (6) Immunization records

Immunization Requirements
Students must be fully immunized against specific diseases in accordance with the Texas Department of Health Immunization Schedule and must show acceptable proof of vaccination prior to entry, attendance, or transfer to a school in Texas. Failure to show proof may result in administrative withdrawal.
