Description
Night High School is housed on the campus of Contemporary
Learning Center. Night High School, or Session II CLC, as it is
referred to on campus, shares CLC's philosophy, and procedures.
This includes competency based, individually guided instruction and accelerated learning.
We are a year-round school.
Tuition Students
Tuition Students ,basically, attend another high school during the
morning and early afternoon and come to our campus at 3:20PM
and typically take one or two classes and often leave at 6:30PM
These students pay $50/course for those living within HISD
boundaries and $100/course for students not residing in HISD.
There is an enrollment procedure. Students must have permission
from their "home school" and bring all required materials on the
enrollment dates. There will be two more enrollment dates in the
1999-2000 school year, basically January and March. No school
buses are furnished.
Full-Time Students
Full-Time students arrive on campus at 10:25 AM and attend
classes to 5:20 PM. Bus service is not furnished. Tuition is free
for full-time students. There is an enrollment process that includes:
application, interview and acceptance. Call the school for details
concerning enrollment dates and required materials.

The CLC campus principal is Naurita Daniels. Gerald Bennett
is the Night School assistant principal. Teachers are:

Location
We are located on Cleburne at the intersection with Highway 288.
Other bordering streets are Almeda and Wheeler. We are one-
half mile east of the Sears store on South Main at Richmond and
one mile west of Texas Southern University.
